Bear River State Park

Bear River State Park, along I-80 in Evanston, is the newest park in the system. Designed for day use only, the park features bike and foot paths as well as several picnic shelters. The Bear River flows through the park providing wetlands, fishing and wildlife viewing.
Boysen State Park

Boysen State Park is situated at the south end of the Wind River Canyon known for its unique geology. Access to park facilities are on both Highway 20 on the east side of the reservoir and on Highway 26 on the south. Park headquarters is 10 miles from Shoshoni. The reservoir offers a large variety of fish and water sport opportunities of all types. Visitors find both day use and overnight camping facilities, along with group shelters at the reservoir and below the dam. In addition to the public facilities, there is a marina located on the east side of the reservoir. Special events at the park include fishing derbies, volleyball tournaments, and a winter carnival.
Buffao Bill State Park

Just 6 miles west of Cody, on Highway 14-16-20, is Buffalo Bill State Park. If you visited our park several years ago, you may be thinking that it looks very different, well, you're right!
Curt Gowdy State Park

Located 25 miles from Cheyenne on Wyoming Highway 210. Massive granite rock formations surround Curt Gowdy State Park near Cheyenne off Interstate 25. The park has two reservoirs -- Crystal and Granite, that attract both fishermen and waterskiers. However, swimming is not permitted in either reservoir. Visitors have their choice of campsites amid the pines or near the shore.
Ednes K. Wilkins State Park

Edness K. Wilkins State Park is a serene day-use park located 6 miles east of Casper off Interstate 25 where families, nature lovers and those looking for solitude can enjoy the huge old cottonwoods as they cast reflections on the historic North Platte River and lend shade to visitors. A pond, with its sandy beach, is a oasis in the summer months and the North Platte River provides a natural habitat for a variety of wildlife, and for fishing, canoeing and rafting.
Glendo State Park

Located just outside the town of Glendo off I-25. Glendo State Park is a recreational paradise where boaters, fishermen and watersportsmen all enjoy its sandy beaches and clear waters. Campers love the pine forested campgrounds as well the campsites near the beach.
Guernsey State Park

Guernsey State Park, off Highway 26 just outside the town of Guernsey, is known for its excellent boating opportunities and the fine collection of historic 1930 Civilian Conservation Corps buildings and recreational facilities. The high bluffs that surround the park welcome watersports enthusiasts, blocking the wind and warming the waters. The park's many scenic campgrounds, picnic sites and group areas can be found nestled in the canyons as well as near the open sandy beaches.
Hawk Springs State Recreation Area

Located in the southeastern corner of the state off Highway 85, Hawk Springs Reservoir is located 39 miles from Torrington and 45 miles from Cheyenne. Hawk Springs offers visitors an "off the beaten path" place for boating and prime fishing while trees shade picnickers and campers alike.

Keyhole State Park

Keyhole State Park is located on the western edge of the famed Black Hills (between Sundance and Moorcroft) and is easily accessed off I-90 at exit 165. Within sight of Devil's Tower, Keyhole State Park is situated along the southeast shore of the reservoir and offers excellent fishing for walleye, catfish, small mouth bass and northern pike. Keyhole is also a mecca for both resident and migrating birds of all species. Visitors have the opportunity to view many types of wildlife from whitetailed deer to wild turkeys. A marina, motel and cafe are located on Headquarters Road, adjacent to the lakeshore.
